I loved this toner so much. It is so gentle and watery and still it brings a lot of hydration while mildly exfoliating the skin. It can be definitely used during morning and evening without problems and also by any skin type really. I also use it as a mist in the hot days to be honest, because it brings a lot of refreshment (especially if I have it in the fridge at first). I am absolutely loving it and can recommend it 100/10!
