The item came packaged wrapped in layers of bubble wrap for security, especially for international shipping to the United States. I have dry and sensitive skin and I have to say it didn't irritate my skin.

I haven’t seen much of a difference but I think I have to loosen the sebum first and use consistently. It’s really easy to take off I used micellar wipes.
