It is moist and absorbs well.
After applying the toner, it dries quickly and my face feels tight, but this toner doesn't feel tight because it is constantly moist. My skin has become more elastic as well.

It's a slightly viscous formulation, so I think it's better to just let it absorb or wet it with cotton and use it like a pack rather than wipe.
It's moist and not too heavy, so it's perfect for the first step of skin care.
