Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination country and package weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Handling & Processing Time

All orders are shipped from Korea with a tracking number. Processing time takes approximately 2-7 business days, depending on Ballagrio's inventory status. If you order multiple products, shipping may take longer due to differences in stock availability. In case of product discontinuation or unavailability, we will notify you individually.

Customs & Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. While we do our best to ensure smooth customs clearance, we cannot guarantee approval, as regulations vary by country. Any customs fees incurred during shipping are the buyer’s responsibility.

⚠ Important Notice for EU Customers

For orders exceeding 150 EUR, customs duties or additional fees may apply upon arrival. If a package is returned due to the recipient’s refusal to pay customs fees, Ballagrio's exchange and refund policies will apply.

United States

  • Shipping is unavailable for orders exceeding the duty-free limit of USD 800.
  • Orders may be split into multiple packages at our discretion.

EU Countries

  • Orders over EUR 150 may incur duties and fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • To avoid additional charges, consider placing multiple smaller orders.

Greece

  • Orders containing more than 3 items may face customs clearance issues.
  • In such cases, the order may be canceled or divided into multiple packages at random.
