Is shipping available to my country?

While Ballagrio strives to offer seamless shipping to all countries, shipping may be unavailable to certain locations due to international circumstances.

You can check if shipping is available to your country by entering your address at checkout.

Do you offer a first order discount?

Welcome to Ballagrio!
Use the discount code [ballagrioloveyou] on your first order to receive a 10% discount. Simply enter the code at checkout, and the discount will be automatically applied to your total.

Can I change the delivery address?

Address changes can only be made before the tracking number is generated or on the day the tracking number is issued. Once the tracking number is created or the shipment is dispatched, changes to the shipping information are not possible.

Ballagrio is not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from unreported address changes, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

For quicker processing, please provide the following information when requesting a change of address:
- Order number or email
- Street address (including building name and number; room number is required for apartments)
- City
- State
- Postal code

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order before the parcel leaves Ballagrio's office. Once the tracking shows "Arrived at origin facility," the parcel has already left our office, and cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at 'info@ballagrio.com' within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number or the email address used to place the order.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery times (excluding handling time) are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 14-30 business days
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that all Ballagrio orders require handling time (product preparation period), which averages 2-7 business days. This handling time may vary depending on our inventory status and may be longer if you have ordered multiple items.

My purchase is over 60 USD, but I didn’t receive free shipping. Why?

At Ballagrio, we offer free shipping depending on the shipping option you choose. The minimum purchase amount for free shipping is:
Standard Shipping: Orders over 60 USD
Express Shipping: Orders over 150 USD 

※ Please note, available shipping options may vary depending on the destination country. 
For example, if you're shipping to Canada, Standard Shipping is not available, and orders are only shipped via DHL. In this case, free shipping applies to orders over 150 USD. We appreciate your understanding!

How can I track my order?

If you have your tracking number or know your order number and the email address used to place the order, you can track your parcel directly on the Ballagrio website.

If you're unable to find this information or cannot track your order on the site, feel free to contact us at info@ballagrio.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Why is my order not being processed?

DHL Express tracking numbers are issued after the packing process is complete. Typically, tracking information is provided within 2-7 business days. However, if you've ordered multiple items, the processing time may be longer due to varying inventory and supply conditions for each product.

Once your order is packed, a tracking number will be generated and automatically updated in your order details. You will also receive a notification with the tracking information via email. Thank you for your patience!

How do I pay via Bank Deposit?

If you choose Bank Deposit as your payment method, the payment must be completed within one week from the order date. You will receive an invoice via email with the payment due date.

Please note that if the payment is not confirmed within 7 days, your order may be canceled without prior notice.
To complete your purchase, you can either make a deposit using the account details below or pay by credit card by clicking the [Pay Now] button in the invoice email.
